• The Lisbon Balcony is made out of 30x30x2mm box section to form the outside frame
• The mid rail is also made from 30mm box section
• The infill is made from 12mm solid
• The mounting holes in the feet are drilled at 10mm, to accommodate M8 fixings

The Overall height of the balcony is 1100mm (1.1 Mtr) which meets the current UK building regulations. The gaps between the infill bars are less than 100mm (10 cm) which meets current UK.

We recommend adding 300mm to the size of your opening when choosing the frame size of your balcony.
