  • The bottom rail is made out of 40mm x 8mm flat bar
  • The infill bars are 12mm round section
  • The mounting holes are drilled out at 10mm to accommodate a M8 fixing

The Overall height of the balcony is 1100mm (1.1 Mtr) which meets the current UK building regulations. The gaps between the infill bars are less than 100mm (10 cm) which meets current UK.

We recommend adding 300mm to the size of your opening when choosing the frame size of your balcony.
