• The frame of the London balcony is made from 48.3mm tube.
• These form the top and bottom rails.
• The spindles are made from 12mm OD solid round bar
• The mounting discs are 150mm OD
• The mounting holes are 10mm To suit M8 Fixings

The Overall height of the balcony is 1100mm (1.1 Mtr) which meets the current UK building regulations. The gaps between the infill bars are less than 100mm (10 cm) which meets current UK.

We recommend adding 300mm to the size of your opening when choosing the frame size of your balcony.
